By default, the Photographs displayed on my website, my online portfolio, or my online archive, are available to license under a "Rights-Managed" license. This type of license means that its price is calculated according to various parameters such as market territory, image size, display size, and so on. In addition, the licenses acquired via this website are restricted to EDITORIAL USE ONLY. NO commercial, advertising, or corporate use is allowed. All licenses are also non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable, solely to the extent and scope explicitly stated in the licensing agreement. No ownership or copyright in any licensed photograph shall pass to the Licensee by the issuance of the license. To receive permission and quote for all other licenses but Editorial, please contact mail@dvphotonet.com stating your requested usage terms.
Acquisition of a license to use any of the photos on this website binds the client to these terms, and it is solely the client's responsibility to use the licensed photographs according to such terms. Defamatory, pornographic, and any unlawful use of the licensed photographs is strictly prohibited.
There are two ways to acquire a license to reproduce and publish my photographs:
1. Directly via my online archive:
Please head over to the Archive section of this website, or use the Search tool that appears on the right-hand side of the screen to find a photograph. When hovering over the photograph a shopping cart icon appears, clicking it opens a series of drop-down menus where the different parameters requested usage dictates are entered, resulting in an immediate price quote.
All license purchases are subject to the photographer's confirmation and, therefore, may take up to 48 to complete.

In order to simplify the licensing procedure and allow me to provide an accurate price quote, please specify how you would like to use my photographs. Please don’t forget to include a link to the photo as it appears on my website for reference. Discounts are available for purchase of multiple licenses.
A personal note about image licensing:
In recent years, with the proliferation of online platforms requiring a constant supply of images, there has been a dramatic increase in unauthorized use of intellectual property and copyright infringement, especially in regard to photography.
Photography is my profession, and it provides the means by which I make a living. I am dependent on my photographs to create revenue and pay for related business expenses such as professional gear, insurance, promotion services, transportation costs, and even this website, which serves as a digital platform for the distribution of my photographs. By licensing my photographs you are paying for a product in a similar manner as you would for other businesses and retailers offering different products.
Please acquire a license to use my photographs, avoid unauthorized use of intellectual property and copyright infringement, and support my work.
