Israel's Minister of Housing and Construction Ariel Atias is seen prior to signing an agreement at the Knesset, Israel's parliament in Jerusalem, on June 25, 2012, under which the Israeli Ministry of Defense will manage the planning of vacated and disused IDF bases and prepare them for marketing and for residential construction.
